Fluorite

Crich Quarry, Crich, Derbyshire, England

Interesting specimen from the cavity that produced the unusual fluorescent specimens of a rich yellow brown colour.  This piece shows the sequence of deposition with early large fluorite cubes overgrown by pink micro-crystalline barite with a final scattering of small, paler fluorite.
