Nentsberry Haggs Mine, Nenthead, Alston Moor, Cumbria, England

Nentsberry Haggs sphalerite can be difficult to photograph because of the crystal luster and this is no exception! This specimen has generous coverage of jet black crystals with associated Galena in modified cubic habit, and for Alston Moor galena specimens, good lustre.
