Two sided specimen, one side glassy quartz crystals epitaxially formed over a large fluorite cube whilst the other side has prismatic hexagonal calcites sprinkled over secondary fluorite growth in turn on a thin coating of micro quartz. Pretty specimens that gives strong hints as to how it formed. Possible sonario is that the corner of a fluorite cube covered in quartz has sheared off along its clevage, then micro crystalline quartz has been deposited followed by later fluorite and then finally calcite, This begs the question as to whether the original fluorite might have been dissolved out at some stage in the paragenesis
