Mindola Pit part of the Rokana mine mineralogically became famous in the 1970s with the finding of exceptional libethenite crystals. This, is an ex Col. G.T.G. Williamss specimen, has a 12x11mm single lustrous libethernite crystal nestling in a cavity in the argillite country rock. One accompaning label gives 1978 as the year the specimen was collected.
