Fluorite - facetted

Greencleugh Vein, Frazer's Hush Mine, Rookhope, Weardale, Co. Durham, England

1965

After acquiring a number of fine, near perfect, Frazer's Hush fluorite crystals, Lindsay Greenbank  decided to have them cut into gemstones at Idar Oberstein in Germany to get the best possible cut. Each crystal was cut to a unique shape and design, this diamond shaped stone being of excellent colour and near free of internal flaws.
