Two generations of boracite, consisting of aggregated turquoise crystals of boracite in part overgrown by a later paler generation of crystals that appear tetragonal (Boracite crystals are orthorhombic). Mounted in a 60x40mm clear 'josie' box. Boracite colour depth alters when viewed in incandescent lighting and daylight
