Great Sleddale, Swaledale, North Yorkshire, England
108
The north of England is not blessed with any really good Azurite localities but the old Great Sleddale copper mine has produced some of the best for the region. This specimen has a display face of rich matt blue aggregated azurite crystals and drusy areas with a few small fluorite crystalls and a little chrysocolla
