Great Sleddale, Swaledale, North Yorkshire, England

Interesting location - a small copper mine in a remote part of the Pennines above Swaledale that produced along with azurite occasional yellow fluorite specimens. On this specimen the crystals are up to 7mm, mostly transparent of a good yellow colour. A little contact in a couple of places but most crystals are perfect. Ex. K. Snell collection
